1993年，一批多年从事系统集成研究和软件开发的科技精锐怀着共同的目标--致力于建立中国计算机软件及信息服务产业--走到一起，创立南京科融数据系统有限公司。2007年科融建立了十年发展规划，为此成立了3个分公司，分别是通信自动化系统分公司、软件系统分公司、系统工程分公司，致力于电力、金融、政府、保险等行业的信息化服务，以专业化的队伍提供更加专业的、先进的技术和优质的服务。

In 1993,a group of talented people, who have been doing research on computer system integrationand software development for many years, came together because of their same goal-tocreate China’s own industry for computer software and information service-and formed their firstenterprise: Nanjing Fitech Data System Co. Ltd.
In 2007, Fitech established three sub-companies, which are Communication Automatic SystemCompany, Software System Company, System Engineering Company. They provide moreprofessional and advanced technique and high quality service for Power enterprises, Financial,Government and Insurance enterprises.
